Monterrey Hotels with Pools

Very nice hotel with good breakfast and nice personal. It’s better to choose the breakfast with all, the price difference is quite small. If you are going with your car, you can park inside, they have a private free parking. Good location in Monterrey. The room is big and clean, also the bathroom.

I had to stop so I could play catch up with work. As I arrived exhausted (long story) I really appreciated the fact that check in was a total breeze. The room situation was interesting the first room I go was not bad at all, but due to irrops, someone on the staff decided I had to switch rooms without telling anyone else on the staff. Result? I got upgraded to a nice junior suite with a view of Macroplaza. One thing to note - this property is an older one and probably could use an updating and renovation. There is a restaurant in the hotel that is not affiliated with it and a plethora of options nearby. The staff was lovely and gracious, and the value for money was good. Would I stay here again? Yes.

We spent the afternoon and night here. Check in was fast and courteous. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping did a good job. Management should buy new towels, wash cloths, etc. As thrill are becoming grey with age. Due to Covid, restaurant was closed. Room service menu had a big variety. Service was fast and polite. Food was very good.

The hotel staff is great . Very polite and helpful. Right from the time I got into the hotel cab from the airport to the time I was dropped back , had a smooth experience with the staff. Jessica ( reservations) , Augstin ( cab driver ) , Eduardo ( front desk - in the night shift ) , Jose ( shuttle driver ) were really hospitable and offered to help whenever needed. Location of the hotel is great with restaurants and malls close by .. it’s a lively place .. rooms were decent and liked the rooftop with the pool on it .

What a surprisingly gorgeous hotel! Just about everything about the property was top notch. Only the buffet was a little lacking, mainly because it had a different theme each day, and “Oriental” Monday lacked in flavor. (And my drink at the bar lacked in alcohol.). Otherwise, a wonderful experience. I would definitely return.

Customer service is amazing. From desk, restaurant, lobby staff, maintenance and cleaning crew… everyone with the best attitude and so helpful. Thank you! We started only one night, but I’m sure we’ll be back as this is an amazing place to stay

Although the property is in a good location and includes limited parking, the room was dirty; with a peculiar smell the a/c didn’t work properly and the mattress is severely outdated: The springs chimed at the minor movement, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, as in the bath curtain I found hair and dust. The hotel is lacks manteinance. If it were earlier and less tired, i’d had move to other hotel.

Very good and warm service made me feel warm in a strange city. Most of the staff in the hotel speak English. Even if they can't speak, they will call English-speaking people to help. The restaurant upstairs is cheap and delicious. The view is not bad. The room is very clean. Every day, I will clean the hotel. Downstairs and nearby are also very lively. Very recommended! !

This hotel really misses the mark. They're trying hard for a minimalist vibe, and I dig that. However, they cheaped out on the finishes and the (relatively new) hotel has not aged well. The floors, furnishings, and fixtures are worn: scuff marks on the floors and furniture, loose and cheap fixtures in the bathroom, toilets that flush intermittently, bad wifi throughout the hotel, A/C that turns you into a popsicle and doesn't adjust... I only had breakfast at the restaurant but it was mediocre. It's not at all what I expected from a hotel like this. It was your basic eggs, beans, fruit plate you'd get at somewhere like VIPs or Martin's, except not nearly as good. This hotel might be cool if you're here on vacation with your girlfriend, but who the hell comes to Monterrey for vacation with their girlfriend? I get the feeling that whoever was the money behind this hotel had a wife who had a friend that claimed to be a ”designer,” and that's who got the gig to design this place. But she was in over her head and completely failed. If you're going for the mega-mamon, I'm-From-San Pedro-And-My-Family-Is-Important vibe, you can't do it with Ikea furniture. In short, it just doesn't work, especially for the price. The only bright spot was the maid service. Even though they missed my room and didn't come by until 5:00 PM, it wasn't their fault and they were very friendly and efficient. No chance I'm staying here again.

The Gamma Monterrey Ancira is a wonderful hotel. The staff is amazing and always ready to assist and best of all everyone seemed to speak English, even the bellman. The rooms are nicely appointed with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The showers are strong and the water hot. I stayed on the 2nd floor and I could not believe how quiet the rooms are despite being in the middle of the historic district. The breakfast offers everything anyone could possibly want, it is delicious and best of all it is fairly priced. If you want an amazing luxury hotel with a wonderful location, free parking and well trained and helpful staff look now further. I look forward to staying at the Gamma Monterrey Ancira on my next trip to Monterrey.
