Signori vomitevole, ambiente da case popolari , puzza di povertà ai massimi livelli , cibo gusto feci , organizzazione pessima , camerieri scortesi , siamo rimasti 1 ora in piedi senza sedia, parcheggio a 10 euro che volevano farmi pagare a tutti i costi , insomma ci hanno rapinato 240 euro per passare una serata incommentabile.

Ci siamo affidati ad un organizzatore per il capodanno ( un certo Megna) che ha voluto i soldi in anticipo 110 cadauno dal nostro gruppo di 49 persone. Partendo dal presupposto che non ha chiesto neanche i nostri cognomi ha fatto tavoli a caso , quindi non sapeva neanche dov'erano i menù diversi. Appena arrivati ci hanno "sequestrati alla hall" centinaia di persone ad aspettare non so cosa , alle 21:00 ci fanno entrare ammassati, ma non sapevano neanche loro dove era il gruppo a/b/c . Noi siamo capitati in un corridoio pieno di tavoli dove passavano con le valigie, con i passeggini e i camerieri ( inesperti ) erano più confusi che altro .passiamo al cibo che era contato e mediocre , il vino poi che dire .... Bottiglie tutte diverse perché non ne avevano più 🤔 chiediamo un po' di coca cola e ci dicono che non è prevista ( neanche per i bambini se non a pagamento) premetto i bambini con 50 euro hanno mangiato un cucchiaio di pasta e mezza cotoletta con 3 patatine. Speravamo di recuperare la serata con l'animazione ma nella nostra sala c'era un tizio che forse animazione non sa neanche cosa significa , ha persino ritardato il countdown della mezzanotte. Per fortuna poi ci siamo spostati nell'altra sala dove il dj era discretamente bravo e abbiamo ballato un po' . Il mio consiglio è di guadagnare un po' meno ma fare della buona pubblicità, in una parola sola vi definisco RIDICOLI!!! Peccato perché la location è molto bella

Esperienza pessima. Cibo di scarsa qualità e servito in quantità ridicole. Vini diversi al tavolo e non adeguatamente commisurati al numero degli ospiti. Pur chiedendo del vino durante la cena ci è stato negato. Una miscelazione di musiche proveniente da due dj operanti nella stessa sala. Organizzazione non all’altezza della serata. Panettone di “plastica”. Dopo il Brindisi della mezzanotte, caffè e acqua esauriti. Sconsigliatissimo a vita.

Siamo stati in questo hotel 5 Stelle x il veglione di capodanno, la struttura bella di dentro e anche l'esterno. Pessima esperienza, c'era tanta confusione, miscuglio di musica proveniente da due zone diverse, pessimo menù, E non voglio aggiungere altro. Da non ripetere.

Nice hotel. No proper shower though.
Nice hotel with good public spaces. Strangely the bathroom had a bath, but no shower over the bath, so the only way to shower was to hold the shower head in 1 hand! This meant floor got very wet as there was no curtain and one of us slipped over on the floor as a result.
Hotel was deserted and bar had no choice of beer.

A GEM in Palermo!!!! Safe gated parking… Wonderful menu at the restaurant on site and the staff could not have been more helpful. In fact, we met the owner who was welcoming and extremely gracious. Compared to the hotels in Palermo Center, this is truly the best option outside of the center. WE WILL RETURN.

The hotel is big and the outdoor is great. That’s the only good thing about it. It’s in the middle of nowhere so you need to get a taxi to go anywhere. When we stayed there was about 4 staff on, the bar man was the pool man and because there was no guests they turned the pool on when we went to it. The breakfast was very poor not a lot to choose from and at 10am nothing left. The waiter turned the toaster on as I went to it with the only 2 slices of bread that were left and even though I put them through twice it only warmed them. On the first day I ask if they could get the safe in my room to work and I asked every day it was still not working when we left. The TV in the room had a few channels but because there was no WI-FI in the room there was no tv connection to any service. There was no information about the hotel or the surrounding area in the room or in the hotel.It was like staying in an abandoned hotel!
