The Casa Nave is ideally located in the historic town of Monopoli peacefully quite tucked down a side street with bars and restaurants a 5 min walk away. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good communication from the host and easy self check in.

Sono stata in questa struttura per una breve vacanza con mio marito e le bimbe e siamo stati benissimo, in tutti i sensi. Camera pulita e ben arredata, dettagli curati e ben fornita. Anche angolo cottura e frigo molto comodo per poter preparare qualcosina alle piccole. Posizione ottima in piego centro storico caratteristico di Monopoli. Menzione speciale per il Sig. Maurizio e sua moglie, due persone eccezionali, disponibili e gentilissimi. Anche il persone addetto alle pulizie molto cordiale e gentile. Ritorneremo presto a trovarli.

Great location
Great comfortable ground floor "cave" apartment. The cleaning ladies and owners were lovely.
Owner offers a shuttle service to/from Bari Airport.
Great location - a short. walk from all the key sites of Monopoli including the harbour.
Close to a great selection of places to eat and drink.
And about 20 mins from the train station - giving access to eg Bari, Lecce and Ostuni.

Great property in an excellent area. Only possible issue is with parking, which is a short walk and daily charge of about $18 eruo that could be an issue for some but we had no issues.

Abbiamo appena concluso il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura. Nulla da dire. È stata una bella scoperta e anche conferma rispetto alla presentazione fatta dal proprietario telefonicamente. La stanza è comoda e fornita di ogni comfort. Contenta di aver trovato tutte le comodità nel bagno (phon professionale e porta spazzolino che non guasta), nonché nella camera (dal microonde al bollitore, alla macchinetta del caffè). Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibilità. Anche prima di arrivare in struttura ci ha fornito tante informazioni i utili per goderci il soggiorno. La colazione ci è stata lasciata in camera: giusta nella quantità e varia. Ho chiesto la cortesia di avere qualche capsule in più del caffè e Maurizio è stato gentilissimo nell'accontentare tutte le richieste. Stanza pulitissima e profumata. Ho messo 4 stelle solo perché le scale per raggiungere le scale sono stretti e non proprio alla portata di tutti. Abbiamo tanto gradito gli addobbi natalizi. Suggerisco assolutamente questa struttura che ha accolto anche il mio cucciolo di shitzu. Maurizio credo sia l'unico, o comunque uno dei pochissimi, che a Monopoli accetta i cani (con un piccolo supplemento) nella propria struttura. Nessun problema invece nei locali, tutti pet friendly. Grazie e alla prossima.

Achei as instalações precárias, Nao arrumam o quarto, não é muito limpo. Café da manhã, super restrito. Banheiro super apertado. O que valeu a pena foi a atenção do Sr. Maurizio, que estava sempre à disposição, inclusive conseguindo uma pessoa muito eficiente para fazer o transfer da estação de trem até o hotel, inclusive nos ajudando com as malas até o quarto, tendo essa mesma pessoa feito um city tour em outras cidades da região.
