Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel e ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. L’ambiente è accogliente e familiare, Fabrizio e tutto lo staff sono stati sempre gentili, disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Appena arrivati ci ha fornito una guida con tanti consigli utili su cosa vedere nei dintorni, davvero interessante! La camera era spaziosa, il bagno pulito e curato, e il servizio di pulizia sempre presente con grande cortesia. Bellissimo anche il balcone, perfetto per rilassarsi immersi nella natura. Ottima la colazione, abbondante e con una scelta completa tra dolce e salato. Un altro punto a favore: abbiamo potuto portare con noi il nostro cane, accolto con simpatia e senza alcun problema, cosa non scontata. Inoltre la posizione è ideale, a circa 15 minuti dal Lago di Braies e vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità . E poi... la pizza è davvero eccellente da mangiarla assolutamente! È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole, in un ambiente sereno e rilassante.Sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!

Abbiamo cenato qui una sera tra amici ,6 per la precisione , non all'oggiavamo nell'hotel, ordinato le nostre pietanza dopo qualche minuto la cameriera si è avvicinata dicendoci che se volevamo usufruire del buffet di verdure all'ingresso eravamo liberi di servirci , così ci siamo presi qualcosina , messa così sembrava compreso nei piatti scelti da noi ed invece abbiamo avuto una sorpresona nel conto : €7.50 in più a persona per la verdura !! Da notare che mio figlio ha preso 3 e dico 3 mozzarelline di numero , €7.50 !!!!! Prima che ci presentassero il conto avevamo già pensato di tornare la sera dopo per prenderci delle pizze perché alloggiavamo li vicino , logicamente non siamo tornati . Per quanto riguarda i piatti ordinati : troppo aglio , il risotto ai porcini sapeva solo di aglio ....il resto nulla di strepitoso

Moquette vecchia e sporca come le camere. Ci hanno sistemato in una camera in mansarda dove per andare al bagno bisogna sedersi. Cena da dimenticare in quanto la pizza era sommersa da olio e il buffet di insalata proposto dalla proprietaria per ingannare l'attesa alla fine dei conti ci é stato fatto pagare e non poco. Vino della casa a 18 euro è un litro d'acqua a 5 euro e non vado oltre. Per non parlare del campanile della chiesa che inizia a suonare dalle prime luci del mattino con frequenza. Sconsigliatissimo.

Cet hôtel n'est pas un 3*..ne mérite a peine que 2 * pas insonorisé donc on entend bien les voisins surtout quand il parlent a4h et 5h du matin.Salle d'eau très petite sans aucune possibilité de poser ses affaires,bac à douche avec rideau!VMC et chasse d'eau très bruyantes..seul point positif : la chambre spacieuse mais ça ne suffit pas!
