Lovely hotel, which was exceptionally clean, with very friendly and efficient staff. The breakfast was very different and set us up for the day. There was nothing we could find fault with! If we ever visit the Ligurian coast again we would definitely stay at this hotel

Firstly, we think of the hotel daily and cannot wait to return. Secondly, the staff—Barbara and Michelangelo—were so kind, accommodating, and warm-hearted. It wasn't reserved for just them either; I simply can't remember everyone's name. Thirdly, my wife said it felt like home. That was the clincher. It felt like home. It can’t get much better than that. The pool, the rooms, the coffee in the morning, and the sandwiches in the lobby delivered by faithful and kind Michelangelo were simply wonderful. They were bringing us Aperols at the pool and getting us set up at the Beach Club (which was incredible). Let's not forget access to the Moneglia train station is about 100 yards from the hotel, but to get there and to get downtown, you must enter the hotel's outdoor elevator, which takes you down the mountain and drops you into a James Bond tunnel bringing you to your short walk to the train station or downtown Moneglia. Downtown Moneglia is a quaint and tiny beachside town. As I said, we will be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We are currently staying at this hotel, and it has been an incredible experience so far. The staff is friendly, attentive and happy. The rooms are clean and well presented, with breathtaking views from the balcony. The beds are comfortable and the laundry service was very quick. We enjoy the breakfast, which includes fresh croissants and locally sourced scrambled eggs. The food and wines are of excellent quality. The hotel features a private lift that conveniently transports guests from the street level near the train station up to the hotel's elevated location on the hillside.

A beautiful hotel and pool, quiet and relaxing. The sight of the Michelin star chef gathering vegetables and herbs every morning from the garden hints at the exquisite food in the Bistro and Restaurant. Kind and helpful staff made this stay perfect

Wir durften wundervolle 5 Tage in diesem tollen Hotel verbringen. Sehr nette Gastgeberin die perfekt deutsch spricht und das sehr freundliche Personal, das stets bemüht ist alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Wir durften ein herrliches Abendessen geniessen, das Gemüse und die Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten! Wundervolle Gartenanlage mit einem herrlichen Pool. Zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten ist das Städtchen Moneglia erreichbar. Ebenso die zwei wunderschönen Strände. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

I have never really experienced anything like Villa Edera in my life. It's truly an immersive experience. Moneglia is a beautiful little coastal spot to begin with, but Villa Edera is an entire thing to itself. The food is fantastic. Their morning apple croissants and apricot juice are just the start. The staff is absolutely wonderful, a true family, and so helpful and kind. The property itself is a fairytale! The gardens, the pool, the grapes, the cute little hotel kittens, the setting in the mountains. It's unreal. The rooms are adorable and clean, each with a cute name like "Ballerina" and the design inside matches the name. I am obsessed. This is one of those places I will look back on through my life and remember forever. Just book it!

Se ci fossero 6 stelle se le meriterebbe a mani basse, ormai da sei anni siamo ospiti fissi di Villa Edera e non capiamo come sia possibile migliore ogni anno la perfezione… ma la famiglia Schiaffino ci riesce sempre! Grazie per rendere sempre speciali le nostre vacanze. Alla prossima estate!

Da qualche anno soggiorno in questo albergo e anno dopo anno ho visto cambiare molte cose (piscina, palestra, arredamenti, ecc… ) ma una cosa non è mai cambiata, la professionalità e l’accoglienza della famiglia Schiaffino (e non). Ogni anno mi sento sempre a casa e per qualsiasi esigenza sono sempre attenti e disponibili. Una garanzia per chi voglia trascorrere una vacanza coccolati e circondati da piacevoli servizi e un territorio favoloso.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questa splendida struttura molto accogliente. Conosco Moneglia da quando sono nato indubbiamente hotel migliore di tutti. La proprietaria gentilissima e anche lo staff, ottimi servizi e pulizia, piscina splendida, camera impeccabile e confortevole. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
