Very nice hotel, we got big room with sea view, they are cleaning the room everyday, restaurant and food is delicious. Animator team is fantastic!yoyo,mano ,saif ,momo, mez, chef hamdi are the best＜33 I recommend you to visit this hotel and you’ll have pleasant stay

My experience at Rosa Beach Hotel, Monastir was awful. The food was inedible and caused food poisoning. Most staff were rude except one kind receptionist. Drinks were served in tiny recycled cups and the pool was dirty. The spa had no privacy — men walked in during massages — and I broke out from poor-quality products however some of the ladies were kind but did not deliver our full time because they were stopped by the men who are in charge of them because they booked other people at your time. The excursion seller and hotel shop overcharge; outside shops are much cheaper. Taxi drivers also charge too much, so research prices beforehand. The room was in awful condition. The bedsheets had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if they hadn’t been washed properly for a long time — it made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The safe didn’t work, and the balcony door wouldn’t close, which felt unsafe. The flooring was cracked and uneven, adding to the neglected appearance. Neither the air conditioning nor the fridge worked, making the room hot and stuffy. Overall, the room was dirty, uncomfortable, and clearly not maintained — far below the standard you’d expect from any hotel. The only positive was the beach, which was clean with soft sand. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Absolutely awful hotel., isolated. Food disgusting, hotel poorly run , no entertainment. Food poisoning outbreaks . Hotel needs maintenance. Please don't book this hotel.

From the service, to the rooms, specifically the restaurant so repetitive dishes are nothing special , we get poisoned for the second day and no one cares with other 80 guests . And the staff , hated a lot with no respect for him because they only cared about when you get out sooner
