De hotelvoorzieningen die vermeld staan klopte totaal niet met de werkelijkheid. Geen snacks, geen poolbar, versleten glijbanen waarvan er maar 1 stuk van in gebruik was, stukje braakliggend terrein waar ooit een kidsclub was, sportvoorzingingen die verloederd zijn, de kamer die wij kregen leek op een noodkamer (schuifraam stuk, lichten die niet werkten en vooral een enorme mierenplaag. Enorm slechte matrassen) Het restaurant gaf niet een erg hygienische indruk en weinig variatie. Voor een vroege uitstap gevraagd om een luchpakket en dit was niet geregeld die morgend, met veel moeite amper 1 fles water meegekregen voor een volledig gezin en enkele droge broodjes meegekregen. Ik kan niets zeggen over onze vriendelijke en behulpzame dames die de kamers kuisen. De redders doen wel moeite om de kinderen te animeren. Wifi is barslecht, enkel heel traag enkel aan de receptie.

Wifi working only in reception Rooms not cleaned during 3 nights Many things missing and we got them only after claim like drap, "windows blinds".. Ants in some rooms. To have food in restaurant this was the worst thing: you have to queue for long period and wait plate washing, bring food every few minute... You will not be able to have all food and fruit Pool ans see was acceptable.

Alors déjà pour commencer, nous sommes arrivés avec ma fille de 15 ans et d’autre famille à 20h. Aucune lumière dans les étages, pas de clim, des cigarettes par terre et les gens fument à l’intérieur. De plus, le réceptionniste a vendu toutes nos chambres, il nous a parler d’une manière non professionnelle et nous a clairement foutu dehors alors qu’il faisais nuit et que nous avions bien réservé nos chambres a l’avance ( nous avions les papiers des réservations avec). Heureusement que l’on a trouvé un autre hôtel bien meilleur que le Palmyra golden beach qui a eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir. Je ne le vous recommande pas du tout , à fuir !

Un hôtel vraiment formidable, les chambres sont propres, avec une vue superbe, la bouffe alors la!!! Elle est très variée et tout est délicieux 3 grandes piscines Et surtout le personnel, l'accueil est chaleureux, tout le monde est souriant et très serviables Je suis amoureux de cet hotel

It was the dirtiest room I ever seen in my life. The reception guys behavior was horrible. No one speaks English. The sheets smell like never been washed. One towel in the room . Ripped bedsheets
