Animateurs aux top, malgré un nombre de vacanciers très faible. L'hôtel viellissant nécessite de gros travaux de rénovation si l'établissement veut perdurer dans le temps ainsi que le SPA et son matériel L'ensemble du personnel est agréable et à l'écoute Bar: certains cocktails ne sont pas disponibles et pas de stock (plus de perpermint par exemple)

We spent a week there over Christmas and it was wonderful. The staff bent over backwards to make Christmas extra special. Buffets, cocktails, santa, live music, a magician, special meal in the posh restaurant L'Olivier and more. Absolutely delightful experience. The animation team were AMAZING, they lay on lots of fun activities and are super inclusive. Day time activites (darts, aerobics, walking, yoga..) and also a quiz every evening They all speak French and English. Special mention for Bruno, Badou and Rio for being extra amazing. The hotel itself is nice but agree with others the decor needs a refresh, but it was clean and very pretty, the rooms were very spacious. The cleaners were helpful and the rooms get cleaned daily. The food was abundant and super tasty. The all inclusive drinks were great. As we visited in Dec, the weather was quite cold outside and the hotel being so spacious, I think it would be difficult to heat, so I was cold in all the communal parts of the hotel. But the bedroom has it's own air con/heating I was just about warm enough in the room. They have an onsite photographer who took amazing pictures of us at Christmas but you can also request a photoshoot at rhe beach and I saw some beautiful photos he had taken. The spa is a bit tired and not that appealing. I was disappointed none of the spa was included. I went to the hamam (steam room) which wasn't expensive (about £10) but that's only for 20 mins and they don't let you stay one second longer even though the hotel.was super quiet at this time of year. But overall a great holiday, lovely county, lovely people and great hotel especially for the very reasonable price they charged for all inclusive

j’ai adoré l’équipe d’animation incroyable rien à dire , les photographes sont tout autant incroyable que leurs photo au top je vous les conseille vous n’y allez pas regretter. Les cuisiner font de super bon repas exceptionnel, les femmes de ménages tout tout autant sympa chambre toujours propres . Séjours très interessant merci à vous tous .

A very dated hotel
This is a very dated hotel. The swimming pool and the area around was excellent. We were given a suite on check in which seemed great. However, the room was very dated and the shower door didn't stop the water from leaking out so we had water all over the bathroom, in the foyer to the room and in danger of seeping out into the corridor. It's a real shame because the hotel is in a fabulous location. Just be prepared that it's days of being a 4**** hotel are long past.

Le personnel était très accueillant et nous avons apprécié tous les membres, que ce soit au bar, au restaurant,...mais le service animation est le plus top que j'ai connu... Bella, Bruno, Jo et Bibou nous ont fait passer d'excellents moments. Ils sont sympathiques, ils sont toujours souriants. Ils nous proposent de belles activités notamment les jeux de l'apéritif et les soirées.. Ils sont arrivés à créer une très belle ambiance malgré le peu de participants vu la période calme.. Des animateurs que je ne suis pas prête d'oublier...
