Séjour agréable un personnel sympathique , la nourriture très bonne avec du choix les piscines top hôtel très propre les chambres grande et très propre,le spa super les massages un bien fou,une très belle plage,on a passé un super séjour on reviendra en 2025

Les animateurs au top toujours agréable à mettre l ambiance très sympathique , bar restau réception génial rien à redire tout était parfait je reviendrais J ai adorer cette hôtel je suis déjà en Tunisie dans pas mal d hôtel mais là celui ci je le classe premier

Chambres spacieuses et propres, la literie principale était confortable mais le 3eme lit pour lit pour mon fils était vraiment très dur. Il a eu du mal à dormir. Bonnes infrastructures pour un voyage en famille: piscine avec toboggans, plage en accès direct avec transat en nombre suffisant, parc pour enfants, piscine intérieur bien chaude. Petit bémol: piscine et plage éloignées l’une de l’autre. La nourriture est correct: buffet redondant mais quelques soirées sympas avec des thèmes et grillades tous les jours. Gros problème: un seul coin pour les boissons, cela crée de la queue et décourage de se resservir… il manque également de fruits. ( pommes/clementines/ grenades tous les jours tout de même). L’accueil mérite d’être amélioré car cela nous a tout de suite donné une mauvaise image de l’hôtel, heureusement que le reste du séjour a été égayé par une bande d’animateurs sympathiques et motivés à nous faire bouger pendant nos vacances. À savoir: les serviettes de plage se font contre une caution de 20 dinards. Pensez donc à ce que vous ferez de cet argent le dernier jour

Nous sommes partis en famille avec deux petits garçons de 3 et 6 ans.nous sommes venus la dernière semaine avant fermeture annuelle ce qui a peut être impacte notre expérience ( mais pas le prix :)) Points positifs: - hotel très propre - grandes chambres confortables - nourriture bonne pour un buffet et cette gamme de prix - infrastructure ( plage, toboggan, piscine, terrains de sport) - service resto sympa - animateurs dans l ensemble sympa même si nous n avons pas vu bcp d animations (dernière semaines ?) Points négatifs: - mini club désastreux: cela ouvre de 10 à 12 et 15 à 17, mais malgré ça, les animatrice arrivent à 10:15 en soufflant et faisant leur possible pour qu aucune enfant ne viennent. Nous les avons mis 1 matinée: ils ont regardé la tv 1:45. Le lendemain, on nous a dit que l activité était payante et qu ils ne pouvaient pas rester pcq la personne sur place ne parle pas français. Tous les parents que nous avons croisé étaient hyper déçus du mini club et aucun enfant ne voulaient aller. Les animatrices sont pr contre ok pour la mini disco du soir: aller sur scène devant le public dans des tenues inadaptées - reception: jamais vu des gens aussi anti otiques - par d air co dans les chambres (ils les ont arrêté pour baisser le coût en électricité) -sécurité à l entrée de l hôtel pas OK - matériel en prêt désastreux (balles, raquettes tennis,… ça sentait la toute fin de saison :)) Nous avons tout de même passer de bonnes vacances, mais ne reviendrons pas.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, par contre les serveurs des cafés sont désagréables avec la clientèle, impolis et pas aimable. Le spa super ! Elles sont accueillantes aimables et très efficaces . La nourriture n’est pas le point fort de l’hôtel mais le personnel des restaurants sont avenants et très aimables, l’hôtel est sur la plage ce qui est très agréable, vous avez 2 piscines à l’extérieur dont une avec des toboggans faisant le bonheur de tous, et une piscine couverte et chauffée.

The rooms were very clean. The beach had available bed. Staff are friendly and welcoming through the complex. More English entertainment was needed and more English food. A larger selection of fruit. The hotel was spotlessly clean through out. More coat hangers needed in wardrobes.

there are friendly staff, and very pleasant experience. Fun for the kids, animation staff are very experienced and can play with everyone very well. Very good amenities and food is good too. There are very good views from the rooms and the cleaning staff are very good.
