The place is cool, strategic location.However i wonder why they charge 200 shillings just to deliver food from their Kitchen which is just at the Ground Floor.I had cheked in at a room on the first floor,After making an order of food,they Inform us to pay 200 shillings for delivery of the same.Why cant they offer delivery as part of their Room services?Imagine paying over Ksh.3700 for accommodation,Food 1200 and again 200 for delivery?The room has only 1 bed.let them check on that lest it will be better for a person to book for an AirbnB somwere else...where I will acces the Kitchenette and serve myselef with comfort .

The location is peaceful. An older facility, somewhat run-down, but clean and orderly. Would suggest a bit more attention to beautifying the grounds, plastering and painting at the gate. The staff was friendly and responsive. The room was comfortable. A/C working well. Shower brought warm water eventually. We had a room service each day with fresh towels and bottles of water. TV was fine but not an internet TV. wi-fi was a bit spotty and slow. Room opened up to a nice patio which overlooked the pool. The patio is shared with another room. In our case there was a fairly lively family next door.
The pool is well maintained and pool area is pleasant. It is a shallow pool throughout.

Pool, okay, could be cleaner on top. Breakfast excellent.

The rooms are the most spacious; we took up the family room that has occupancy of eight. Enough lockers for storing our luggage. Two spacious bathroom and toilet, well ventilated rooms. The swimming pool very nice and private. The food awesome! We had the chnce to either eat at the dining area or the outside setup with some evening or morning warm breeze. The place is such a clam and peaceful environment. We even had a day in to just sleep and rest!

I had a great time at Leinmach House during my stay when I visited Mombasa. The staff were very friendly and welcoming,the room was clean, nice toilet, shower with good pressure, dinner was delicious. I’m looking forward to visiting again.
