Badly misrepresented by bookings.com
on arrival we found that our accommodation was not as advertised on their site.
the accommodation was supposed to have a private kitchen which was not the case, we found a space in the worktops where a cooker had been fitted. I even gave the general manager a comprehensive report on the situation, that he was clearly unhappy with bookings.com
We spent time together discussing the issues one morning.
I have even sent bookings.com CEO GLENN FOGLE several emails to which he has NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO RESPOND TO which just shows bookings com's attitude to complaints.

The services were good,food excellent friendly staff.Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and I must thank the house keeping staff who were very good at their job. Actually my stay at Azul was the best.And the manager was also friendly and engaging with the visitors.

The services very good. On rooms keep time during check in, check on plumbing works. Clenliness is very good. You have good customer service . We will recommend other customers to visit the place. Very good

The services are top notch.The hotel is very clean. The food is well cooked and well served. The workers here are kind and offer good services.They have a pool with an instructor. They even have a gym.They have access to the beach.They have a pool bar

mixed reactions about this property, have been visiting this property since 2006 when it was under a different management,just finishing my 13 day stay now and have alot to say, hot water is non existent or or you to constantly telephone the reception to get it fixed…the ac in the bedroom 202 cannot be regulated since it has no remote control,the battery remote control in the living room tv has no functioning batterys, the towels are absolutely worn out. This is a polite request to the management to get some of these small issues sorted…i hold this place close to my heart and it pains me to see the direction its taking.
