Hands down, my favourite hostel so far. The female dorm was clean and had a nice bathroom, something I have come to appreciate when it comes to accommodation. The dorm has a spacious balcony fitted with a large mirror, girls heaven. Great service and great staff. I enjoyed my stay here

The location is great. The female's room also has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. The staff is very friendly, and they were very helpful in dealing with a personal case of mine. The only bad thing I think is that they don't have a kitchen, which makes it difficult if you want to stay for several days and your budget is low, because you have to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

Modern but homely. Classy but classless. Improves with each visit but retains its authenticity. Friendly strangers. Helpful staff. Place is kept clean. The natural environment is also well-taken care of. Lush nature vibe. Centrally located near town in suburbia and with the beach actually a short walk away. Well worth the stay.

The better rooms have airco, tv and are very spacious. The spa is excellent and Liz is a very capable masseuse. If you are a light sleeper you should bring earplugs as the pool bar stayed open until 2 or 3am. The complimentary breakfast is ok but doesn't include drinks. For about 4 usd one can purchase an additional "English" breakfast.

A cool ambience, quiet and serene. A place to relax and enjoy time with self or family on a budget. Worth every dime. T's place to be if you feel you want to chill out & sip that cold drink as you enjoy the peaceful quiet. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The revamping of the backpackers over the past year has made a huge difference! The entire bar area has been moved and rebuilt and the garden area has become an oasis, with a pool that's kept sparkly clean. The renovations of the rooms are making a world of a difference. It's a hostel, so the rooms are simple, but everything is clean and functioning, and the new mattresses were a great addition. PS: I highly recommend trying the Korean dishes from the menu, they're addictive!

The staff is not at all helpful or friendly. Very unmotivated and annoyed if you ask for something. The pool is dirty, everything is too old and badly maintained. There was moldy food in the stairways. The showers had no pressure at all. They offer breakfast but we asked twice for it and the cook was not available. They could make so much more of that space. I think once it was a really nice place to stay...
