Lots of room for improvement Although the manager, James, was very nice, our overall stay was subpar. We were staying for 7 nights, on our 4th night we lost hot water. We weren't notified until our 6th night after we called the front desk. We were told at that point they had an issue with the boiler. Their internet was also very poor - making it difficult to get work done or even watch the TVs in the room. The elevator's inspection date had also expired which was disturbing.

We stayed at this Hotel one night near the end of Feb. The hotel itself is not bad and the staff is very kind. However, there are roaches everywhere - between my wife and I we killed about 8 roaches... We have a 1 year old daughter and as we entered the kitchen area after coming back from dinner, there were dozens of roaches that scattered off her bottle and food packs on the counter. they were coming out of the sink's, the toilets, the showers, basically everywhere... I had to sleep with one eye open! We didnt want to write this review actually and we contacted Marriott and they said the hotel would contact us regarding our stay, but as of a week later, we have not had anyone try to get in touch with us, i guess its a more common problem than we thought. For close to 200$ dollars a night , i wish they would have been more responsive to our concerns... They are located in a block of 4 other hotels, so there are different options and i would recommend those options in place of this, especially if you have children.
