Decent hotel. Close to restaurants and the interstate, which is convenient. Shower was stopped up on the day I arrived, standing in ankle deep water was pretty nasty. They fixed the issue the next day. The staff was very friendly

Kayla C. was the best Front Desk Agent I have come into contact with in a very long time. As a Diamond member, I travel quite often around the southeast and Kayla’s personality, willingness, and professionalism shined through during my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Mobile West. She went over and beyond to assist me with printing out my documents for an important presentation, while offering to help me with stapling and printing out even more so that I could meet the needs of my audience—all while helping other customers! Her spirit was one of sweetness and kindness. She is the reason I will choose to stay at this hotel again when I’m in the area.

Kayla C. Was an absolutely fantastic ambassador of this facility. Pleasant and profession she made us feel welcome at checkin and every time we saw here. Due to an issue with her relief at the front desk, she worked a 2nd shift and then back that afternoon for another night shift. I wish everyone in the service industry was this pleasant. Fantastic young lady.

Kayla was so helpful getting my card working again and the food was good. The room were nice and clean and very well laid out. The staff were pleasant and very nice.

Needed somewhere to stay on a whim, decided to choose this place due to the cheap rate/nice overall hotel. Arrived at the hotel, paid the price for the room, and was immediately tagged with a $175 incidental fee AFTER paying for the room. This is absolutely ridiculous and the guest should be informed of this prior to paying for the room. Hilton, you either NEED to state this to the guest prior to paying for the room or add it into the cost of the room. Absolutely ridiculous and Hilton should be ashamed of this. Will not be back.

Kayla C. Is a ROCKSTAR, she took great care of me during an impromptu stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Exemplary. We were on our way back from Orange Beach to our home in Meridian, Mississippi. My wife had a medical emergency and we ended up at Mobile Infirmary. We are on our 3rd day.
