Great little hotel. Perfect room. Had everything you need.

Great hotel and great staff. The area is a little dicey but the hotel itself was great. New and super clean. The staff definitely is doing a great job. Super helpful and super friendly. If you get anything from the market check the expiration dates. I was going to buy some pepto and discovered it was expired but not their fault as this is an outside vendor. Over all great experience. Again the area is not that great.

Was charged an accommodation fee that was not on my original conformation email. I used rewards points and shouldn't have been charged anything.

The hotel is great. It's new and clean, and the room was designed well with a functional kitchen and comfortable bed. My only issue was the location. I usually always stay at Hyatt because they have never disappointed. This is the only Hyatt in Mobile. I needed to be in Mobile as my son is at USA Hospital, and the hotel was a long way from the hospital. I would go back here every time if it was not so far. My sister joined me one night and was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a pool. It does have a decent gym and laundry room though.

Nice place to stay short term. We stayed for one night and it was just what we needed. The breakfast could use some kid friendly beverages or non coffee drinks.

The room was absolutely amazing. Loved the full kitchen w/stove, microwave, fridge and complete dish sets!! Super clean and exquisite bathroom.
