What happens to the breakfast that I paid for?

Great little hotel. Perfect room. Had everything you need.

Booked last minute while on a road trip from Houston to Tampa. Easy access from the highway, building and rooms look new, very clean! Comfortable bedding, clean and practical kitchen, with a microwave that functions like an airfrier. Stayed in a two queen suite, with our two teen and pre teen girls and it was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Would book again!

We was never acknowledge as members. The guy had a very rude attitude because he said he was ready to go home which my wife and I didn't have anything to do with that. He wouldn't even speak the next day he came back. My wife and I agreed we would not be going back here to stay.So I will rather stay at the Holiday INN & Suites next door.

Beautiful stay at the newer Hyatt Studios. Clean, well designed rooms. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Breakfast, well displayed, as shown in photos. Nice outside patio area with two large BBQ grills and tables. Friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants and stores nearby.

As a globalist member who has been in 95 days this year and will stay 110 days by the end of the year, this was the worest experience I’ve ever had, the stuff is horrible, lazy, lairs, and not interested to serve globalist members when I arrived at 12:15pm after 5 hours driving from Atlanta, GA the team (( Melissa Willem, NAthAN - BRidgett )) all told me that the hotel was under maintenance and they only could chick me in at 3pm who might move me to holiday Inn beside the Hyatt hotel, all that happened and I didn’t complain and shared my number to call me back at 3pm as my mother just had kidney transplant a few years ago, they didn’t call me at all till I arrived at 4pm after sleeping 4 hours in the car and the manger asked a young man why he didn’t call us and his response was that he forgot to call us, horrible stuff and all need to be fired ASAP specially the GM team (( Melissa William, Nathan, and Bridget )) The hotel deserve negative number out of 10, nothing needs to be improved all you Gotta do fired management team and hire a new management team to manage this new beautiful hotel before the current Management destroyed.
