Our baby spit up on the comforter. My wife cleaned with soap and water in the tub. They keep our $100 deposit. Because they had to wash a comforter. They would of never known if we didn't ask for another blanket.

Excellent service and perfect place to rest and relax. Everyone is very helpfully and attentive from the moment you check in and during the stay , to the moment you check out. Very clean and well organized.

Desk clerk was indifferent, first room with a king size bed the cable box was missing so she "gave us an upgrade to a king suite". We opened the door and the room was not made up and was filthy. She said there were no king rooms available and saud we would have to settle for a double. So, we left and went down tge road to a Hilton.

This hotel has been nicely remodeled and looks fresh and modern throughout. The updates really add to the comfort and overall experience. The staff were outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. You can tell they take pride in providing great service. Clean, spacious rooms and a warm atmosphere made this a great stay. Highly recommended!

The front desk personnel were very kind, helpful, and courteous, as was all the staff we interacted with. The room (mobility accessible) was very clean, large, with a large bathroom allowing plenty of room using a walker. The beds were comfortable. Room had individual coffee maker and frig. Breakfast was very good and hot, with the choice of breads/muffins, eggs, meat, waffles, hot and cold cereals, and coffee. The eating area was immaculate, as was the hotel. Plenty of parking and well lit, we felt safe. We stayed twice within a 10 period and will definitely stay every time we travel between home and Florida.
