Maistra Select Srebreno Premium Apartments

The apartments are very luxurious and in a great location. The daily cleaning and optional towel change is excellent, as are the free toiletries, toilet rolls, and shower gel. The mini dishwasher is good to have, and the 2 bed apartment we stayed in was very spacious indeed. The Sheraton team were very helpful and delivered excellent customer service, whatever the situation. For example, when we arrived we found out the dishwasher wasn't working, having contacted the reception via the phone in the apartment, the dishwasher was replaced within 3 hours, which was phenomenal. Having a pizza and burger restaurant below, a bakery over the road, 2 supermarkets and a shopping mall (small) within 2 minutes walk was a real bonus. 2 minutes walk to the local beach, 5 minutes to a much better and less crowded beach, free parking underneath the apartment block or over the road at the Sheraton was great (because parking in this region is astronomically expensive), and a range of ok restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Be cautious about reviews that say you have access to the facilities at the Sheraton, you do not unless you have paid for it through your holiday provider, or you can pay per day to use the spa, but not the outdoor pool. We booked through Love Holidays and didn't have access, if you paid more via Jet2 (for example), you could use the spa facilities for free I believe, but you are essentially paying through your higher rate. The sea is lovely here, so we didn't need a pool and did not miss the hotel facilities. The only downside is the noise! If you can, book a second floor apartment because the noise transfer through the ceiling is ridiculous! You can almost hear every footstep, and if they move a chair anywhere on the balcony above or even in a room nextdoor, is sounds like someone is moving furniture in your apartment as noisily as they possibly can. We had the misfortune to have a family above who seemed to move every chair in the apartment and on the balcony at various times during the night from 11pm to 2am, and always from around 7am-9am constantly. Sleep was a very disturbed affair for us, and I'm not convinced the people above ever slept.
