Maistra Select Mlini Hotel

Just come back from a week in Mlini staying at the Hotel Mlini we have had a wonderful time the hotel was excellent the staff were brilliant a special mention for Davod our waiter in the restaurant and Ivana who kept our room spotless We very much hope to return in the near future

Very friendly and helpful staff Very clean bed extremely comfortable Paid extra for superior sea view and definitely worth extra Close to beach Lovely pretty complex and very quiet Had half board but although food was ok there wasn’t great choice Close to ferries to Dubrovnik and Cavtat -15 euro return Would have liked hotel bar and draught beer and perhaps some entertainment

Hotel Mlini, what can one say.. Its a little gem in such a beautiful and quiet place. The room was lovely and cleaned every day,.it would be nice if we had tissues in the room.. I also believe that rather then replace clean towels daily you should only place dirty towels on the floor to be replaced.. I don't have clean towels daily at home. Its better for the environment and costs are lower for the hotel. Staff are all very friendly and breakfast was always nice and fresh and u can order items should you wish, also very nice. The pool was always clean & tidy with changing areas and showers. The pool is freezing, which surprised me as I would have thought it would have heated up over the summer months.. You will need water shoes as much sea places are Stoney sea is lovely and clear. We bought Dubrovnik passes 7 day ones but its only the local city buses and not outside the city buses included. You only have one visit on each so don't be leaving the walls and think your be going back latter, you also got 30% of Lockrum Island with the 7 day passes so bring in print out also as a back up and make sure u show as their will not ask u. You can get a water taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat, 15 euro return PP... we visited Cavtat yesterday which was our last day, we walked round the island and then into town, we bought some lovely art work from a stall at the market.. if you want to get the bus into the city its number 10, both ways. Once you cross the road bear left and follow the steps down the bus back goes from outside the cable cars.. On our last day are transfer never showed and the reception called for me, and also called them again and chased again as i was getting stressed, thank you so much, the area is so pretty and i would return, great place to visit and enjoy xxx

Wonderful hotel Clean and staff so helpful Housekeeping lady made some lovely displays with the towels made my stay even more enjoyable Only downside I left my glasses think they must have fallen behind bedside cabinet Would recommend the sea view rooms perfect stay at this hotel

Feeling confident with the wonderful Hotel Mlini from previous visits my sister and I took our dad (82) on a special trip to this wonderful "holiday haven".... Hotel Mlini never fails to meet all expectations I adore this special place!!! And even better... my dad and sister fell in love with the beautiful hotel and area too!! It truly is a blissful place to visit for all ages. Thanks once again to all the staff who really do look after you ... We'll be back! I'm already looking at next year xx

A wonderful hotel in a really pretty spot, so close to the beach and various bars & restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and professional. Our room was always left so tidy with real care and attention to detail. Great breakfast selection every morning. Honestly cannot fault anything. Great holiday even with the weather being a little hit and miss.

Great place to stay. We were on the top floor of Villa Lucic which had a great view of the sea and two good sized rooms and bathrooms. Always very clean and thankfully didn't see any nasty insects. Always managed to find a sun bed by the pool but as others have said, having to pay for one yards away on the beach makes no sense. If you are booking trips then do so when you are in Mlini. We had a speed boat trip to the caves and beach, which I suspect would be many times better than the 11 hour slow boat trip we had originally booked from Dubrovnik! We booked a car but I don't think you need one. The ferry and bus are both within 400m....with the bus being uphill. Pool is big enough without being huge but no guards know duty. The gym was a bit underwhelming. Plenty of Restaurants to try although I think Cavtat is cheaper. We stayed for 7 nights which I think is more than enough. If we were doing it again, I think we would have stayed for 4 and had 3 elsewhere. The roads are not all the quickest and there is so much to see along the coast.

Excellent hotel in every respect. Exceptionally clean with very friendly helpful staff. We had an air conditioned sea view room which was spacious with a large queen sized bed and quality pillows. Double sinks in the bathroom and a big walk in shower with rain head. Great location about 100m from the beach and close to numerous very nice restaurants all of which had amazing sea views. Ten minutes picturesque walk from the next village - Srebreno which was also in a lovely bay with several restaurants. Mlini is 30 minutes by water taxi from Dubrovnik and 15 minutes by water taxi from Cavtat. Dubrovnik was spectacular although very busy. The walls walk is a must as is an Eco Tuk tour and the Panorama Restaurant but for anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area, Mlini is perfect in that it is close but much quieter. When I return I will stay in Mlini and without doubt stay in the Hotel Mlini.
