The staff was very good, but the cleaning was not well done. There are various places full of dust, there is dirt that seems to take a bath, and it is very unsuitable to stay with someone. I think it's good for you to just sleep on a solo trip. There was only one trash can, which was inconvenient. Close to downtown, the rice shop was not required to take a taxi because there were a lot of walks in about 6 〜 7 minutes.

It's about 10 minutes away from the city. The location is not great, but the hospitality is excellent and the hotel thinks about the details of its guests. The lounge area from the large public bath and the free drinks there are great, so you can relax and take your time. I think it's worth staying an night just for this hotel. I wish they could extend the bath time a little more in the morning.

The hotel is located opposite the East Exit of JR Miyazaki Station, a 2-minute walk away. The location is excellent, and there is a 7-11 next to it. It is very convenient. You can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The staff at the counter are friendly and courteous. The luggage can be stored at the time of check-in. It has been placed in the guest room. The warm and considerate service is great! The room is brand new, spacious and clean, with novel equipment. The large-size TV is comfortable to watch, and the bathtub is large enough to lie down on. The overall experience is great. I will choose to stay here again next time I have the opportunity.

It's about 20-30min drive into Miyazaki town but thats not the main reason why you'd choose this Hotel. It's right by the Sea with so much activities that it's one of the places we wished we stayed an extra day. The Hotel is massive and due to the design, it looks like each room will have a good-excellent sea view. Come in the Summer and enjoy the activities and the surrounding areas.

Hotel staff went the extra mile to deliver quality services. Tried their best to communicate in our language despite the language barrier.

The hotel is very close to JR Miyazaki and it takes about 8 minutes of walk to get there, so it is really convenient. The room is really big, and this is unlike most hotels in Japan in the city center. The only criticism is that there is no hot water in the showers. The waters are lukewarm at best, and hot water is really important in the winter.

This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.
