Отличное расположение в тихом месте, до пляжа 5 минут. На 3 этаже частичный вид на океан и сад. Персонал отеля всегда позитивный и внимательный, хорошее обслуживание. Классный бассейн.

Marissa’s beaches and beach bars and restaurants are out of this world but the main drag is noisy and busy with hardly any pavements. The Bellena is a 2 minute walk from the main road/beach and is the oasis of upmarket calm you need after a day out. Lovely helpful staff, giant rooms and balconies, a beautiful pool, plenty of sunloungers and an enormous breakfast. I didn’t see anywhere else half as nice so close to the beach.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel. Die Zimmer und der Service waren super. Preis Leistung war top. Alle, von der reception bis zum Kellner waren super freundlich. Schöne große Zimmer und Bad. Immer wieder gerne. Das Hotel besorgte uns auch ein Taxi zu einem fairen Preis.

Идеальный отель для отдыха в Мириссе. Огромный стильный современный номер, большая ванная, вид на бассейн и пальмы. Вкусные завтраки в номер. До пляжа 4 минуты. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу, особенно администратору Маду. Она сделала наш с друзьями отдых максимально комфортным. Провели здесь 7 дней, уезжать не хотелось. Важный плюс по сравнению с отелями на берегу: ночью там тусовки и музыка как будто играет в комнате. В Ballena же спалось замечательно, не слышно ничего.

The hotel is very well situated about 2 mins walk down a little lane. The staff lead by Madu were so friendly and helpful with all our requests. Rooms are a very good size with a huge balcony. Very comfie bed. Lovely breakfast every morning. A few niggles, AC was freezing and couldn’t really turn it down, TV didn’t really work whilst we were there. Not much sun by the pool so if you want to sunbathe you need to go to the beach, which we did. But the pool is huge so great for swimming. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Madu

Booked the Hotel by sending a e-mail to the Hotel manager Madhu,3 Double rooms for 5 nights.And paid an advance of 20%. 2 days before our arrivel he cancelled the booking and sent a message that I have to book another Hotel.I was shocked,but luckily I managed to get our rooms at Sommerset Mirissa Blue. I went to Ballena Regency to get back my 20% money back and the manager Madhu avoided meeting me.A girl at the Reception gave me the money.In a way I was happy I did't stay there. Because it was not the standard of a hotel I'm used to stay at. Very bad behaviour of a Hotel Manager.

Fantastic little hotel. Great quiet location 200 metres from the main busy road. Hotel manageress is so lovely and all staff can’t do enough for you. Wonderful breakfast every morning on our balcony. Biggest and most comfortable bed in the world. Perfect location.
