Maybe can improve a lil bit about communication due to there are 2 things they forgot about my request. Next time please read the special request that we ask for please take note for the request. A lil bit disappointed because they gave us room very far from the lift which we ask for near the lift. Overall still ok. Thanks.

Used to be a grand hotel however appears no proactive maintenance and things in room are not working properly ie. Toilet doesn't flashed, light swith broken, no glass cup only mug
