My recent stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings.
Reception Experience: The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very hospitable. There was no warm welcome or even a smile, which made the check-in process feel impersonal and uninviting. First impressions are so important, and unfortunately, this fell short.
Rooms: The rooms were quite worn out and clearly in need of some updating. The furniture and decor seemed outdated, and it didn’t feel as comfortable or fresh as one would hope.
Service: On a positive note, the housekeeping team did an excellent job. They kept the room clean and were attentive to our needs. The maintenance staff was also very prompt and efficient when we needed assistance.
Overall, while the service from the housekeeping and maintenance teams was commendable, the lack of hospitality at the front desk and the condition of the rooms detracted from the experience. A bit more focus on improving guest interactions and room renovations could make a big difference.
