The tap water is yelowwish in colour..

The room is spacious with a view. The hot water shower is mainly warm water though. It's nice and I like it.

It is really a traveling class hotel that has not been upkeep well able it it is still relatively clean and service is relatively okay.

Great location which located at town area, spacious room but a bit smelly the room carpet & some ciggies smell in the room.
Hotel receptionist services need some improvement. Not attentive, not friendly and don't even greet the guests at all.

I totally had a wonderful stay at Imperial. Just 15-20 min drive from Miri Airport. Checking in was a breeze. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Slight damp smell in the room but it was not a bother. All the amenities were there. The cherry would be the bed. We had two single beds. But the size of each is almost like queen bed. Two people can sleep easily on each bed 😂. Looking forward to another stay at the hotel. Good job imperial! We arrived quite late and beaten by the journey. So no pics taken. 🥹🥹
