Rooms weren’t ready until 4:00. Pool was shut down with no notice. Elevators were not functioning. Breakfast ends at 9:00. Wifi was terrible. Service was awful.

Our family recently stayed at this amazing hotel. And I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed to check in smoothly.
The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, setting the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic stay. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the essentials for a comfortable visit. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring that we all got a great night’s sleep after our long day of travel. It was also a huge plus that the room had plenty of space for our kids to relax and unwind.
One of the highlights for our family was the hotel’s amenities. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to satisfy both the kids and us. Staff was friendly. We arrived a bit short on time for the continental breakfast and ended up going past the end time, the dront desk offered to bring us anything else.
