Quality Inn & Suites

Pretty basic hotel. Conveniently close to the airport. Would book again if I were ever in the Minot area.

Would never stay there again for sure! This 3 day stay turned out to be terrible. Check in was very slow due to a malfunctioning computer system. The cleanliness of the hotel was fine, except for the molding cake and ice cream behind the microwave. The condition of the building was good. The breakfast was good, but not kept up on being stocked. The toilet ran all the time. The a/c worked well. The WiFi was absolutely horrible. It lost connectivity often and made you watch videos to get WiFi. That only lasted a day. Then they cut off the WiFi completely for two days and nobody knew the password. Resigned to not being able to take care of any business over WiFi, while watching a movie and knitting, they took away the cable service too. A rude girl pounded on my door, which had a don’t disturb sign, and wanted to change the cable box. Which of course had less channels and the movie could not be finished. This hotel is obviously poorly managed in not communicating with employees or guests on making changes!!! Also, they use some kind of very strong deodorizer that stinks up the room and doesn’t go away. The stench, mold or both were asthma triggering. Choice hotels are normally very good! This is the worst one I ever experienced. The highway can be noisy, but otherwise this is a quiet location. I’d recommend the Minot Motel 6 over this quality inn any day!

It was very close inconvenient to the airport but getting checked in and in the elevator was overwhelmingly smelling like pet urine. I could barely stand it. We got up to the second floor and walked down to a room it was the same thing. Once we got in our room number 203 it was overwhelmingly exploded with air freshener it was disgusting. We had to use the side door and stay away from the second floor walk to the elevator. Our tub was clogged up the coffee maker didn't work the ironing board didn't work and we had to get our keys redone every single day. Pay more and stay somewhere else

Short staff and busy due to the state fair but if anything was out the staff were quick to refill it

Nothing worked including the internet, printer, and the shower was like a fire hose! The front desk was congenial but didn’t have any way to fix all of the issues.

My only complaint was that the toilet was very very low, I would request a handicapped room in future if I knew how low toilet was. There was also a sticky something on the carpet near bed.
