We have stayed here many times and stayed for two nights last week. Had a great stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable. George at the front desk was awesome in getting us an early check in and giving us a jacuzzi suite for the price of a King room. Thank you George and staff! We’re back again next week so see you then!

We started out great! Very welcoming service, the pool looked clean. Unfortunately, our shower handle bar broke, the water in the shower wasn’t adjustable & had one beam of water that was painful & the soap & shampoo containers were empty. My son also found a swim diaper in the pool. At breakfast they put out a waffle topping bar with no waffle maker & when asked said it was broken. I’m bummed. You can tell they have put work into updating this hotel but common area rugs are dirty & they had too many misses. Also, the manager? Unavailable. Yikes. As a customer service professional - you can do a lot better, Best Western.

Terrible hotel, they made us wait 3hrs ,45mins to get the room, i would not recommend this hotel at all. It’s not worth it.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the pool! Everything was absolutely exceptional. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. My room was cleaned every day. BEST!!!

We got this booked late by ******* as our previous hotel was closed due to fire earlier that week (that hotel didn't notify us) Revel staff was warm and friendly and helped us get checked nicely. The staff in the morning for breakfast was welcoming and made our trip enjoyable.

It was clean. You can tell they have renovated the rooms. The shower is older but clean. I really liked that it had vinyl flooring.

I am staying here for work and have been for about a week. I went out to my car to grab something and my hotel key stopped working. I was locked in the lobby for 3 hours from 4am-7am due to no employees/the employee was sleeping, so I sat there. Horrible accommodation
