Pretty run down. The worst part was the smell in the room. I thought I could air it out, I tried spraying Lysol, but nothing helped. It smelled like very old smoke, as if it used to be a smoking room and the furniture, carpet and drapes were infiltrated. It was so bad I actually had trouble sleeping. The only good thing was the bed was fairly comfortable, so even though I couldn't sleep I wasn't on a lumpy bed.

Everything was pretty above average. It was nice and clean. Beds were OK however stuff look not dusted in a while on the top by the curtains and also the pool was really rundown in my own opinion and the hot tub was not hot and the jets really fell short.

Very nice hotel. In a decent location. Close to the mall. Overall the room was very clean. We got a queen suite. My son complained about the comfort of the pull out couch but I reminded him that it was a pull out couch. Breakfast area was very clean and the breakfast itself was pretty good. But….I wanted to soak my aching back so I went to take a hot tub. I noticed the water was somewhat cloudy but I forged on. When the jets came on I don’t know if the smell was made up of urine vomit or a dirty diaper So I promptly got out and ran to the shower. I did stop at the front desk to tell them and the nice lady up front was super receptive. Anyways it didn’t ruin our stay. However, if you have littles that like the pool and hot tub this may be an issue.

Last minute stay
Stay was nice and comfortable. Gave 4 star because the next night the room was $400 because of the fair. Pretty sad at the price gouging.

Great hotel!
My only complaint would be that there was no Mat or grippers in the shower. My husband and I are in our 70’s and both noticed it was slippery.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay but did notice hair along the wall in the bathroom, which tells me the cleaning staff was not much interested in doing a thorough job. The continental breakfast was top notch and the coffee excellent. And for the money I paid I thought there should have been more channels on the TV. I would stay there again.
