酒店的服務非常出色，比較通情達理，人性化。房間非常乾淨整潔，設施完善齊全，床品舒適。早餐也非常美味，種類繁多，還有漢庭特色小米糕。此外，酒店的工作人員態度熱情友好，讓人感覺非常容易溝通，房間很乾凈，又大又寬敞，隔音效果好

房間外側空調外機聲音較大，夜晚睡覺會比較吵，跟酒店溝通後換了一個房間，門的隔音效果一般，中午午休經常會被隔壁房間打掃衞生和開關門的聲音吵醒，新的房間窗簾遮光效果一般。晚上樓下會有阿姨跳廣場舞，也還是有點吵。另外洗手池無法蓄水導致洗衣服不太方便
