一推開房間門就是一股煙味，散了一晚上都沒用！而且這家酒店居然要按金，真是離譜。洗衣房在21樓，但是房卡沒辦法刷這個樓層，去前台找工作人員居然説叫我走樓梯。😀💩💩

環境很好，服務不到位，有丟了個化粧品，服務人員打電話跟我説，我以為是一個快用完的產品，就下意識説不需要了，後來發現是一個才剛拆開沒多久的化粧品，是一個高端化粧品，那天服務人員也説是高端產品，而且是剛拆開的，結果第二天我打回去，他們竟然説丟掉了，你們都説是高端產品了，還是新的，怎麼可能説丟就丟，這不是明擺着自己拿去用了！酒店這麼高檔，也會貪這種便宜，也不是第一次入住！
