What a great establishment away from the hustle and bustle of the main town area, yet only a short walk to all conveniences. We had a cabin, and it was spacious enough for 2 (it had a double and a single bed, but I think it would be too crowded for 3). We had our own hammocks and a little outdoor table and chairs under a covered terrace. The bathroom had shampoo, shower gel and plenty of hot water. The daily included breakfast was superb. Eggs, fruit, yoghurt, granola, bread, cheese, coffe and tea. There is a nice pool and a reading area on the premises (was too cold for the pool for us) Tours and taxis can be organised through the lovely ladies at reception, who speak beautiful English

This place is a gem in Mindo, within walking distance Centro, surrounded by lush gardens and forest, and close to the rushing Mindo river. Maria speaks excellent English and was very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast with great coffee served on their out door garden patio.

Garden Getaway
Lovely property tucked away in a beautiful garden and forested area near the river, just a two minute drive from downtown Mindo. Great value for the price paid, nice breakfast included. The hosts are excellent communicators before, during and after your stay. Rooms are kept very clean, serviced daily, and are nicely appointed. The mattress on my bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. The stairs to the upper floor rooms where we stayed are steep but doable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quiet and close to Mindo center
Located 10 mn walk from the center,the area is super quiet,we had a confortable bungalow surrounded by the forest and plenty of birds and butterflies in the morning.
Staff is extremely helpful giving any indications you need for the places to visit.Breakfast : fruits,eggs,bread,water fountain.a big pool.Everything we needed for our stay in Mindo.

Highly recommend
Beautiful place to stay. They set out food for birds, so every morning at breakfast there are beautiful birds to observe. One of the owners, Maria, works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. She speaks English well and tries to make her guests happy with their stay. She answers all the Whats app messages, checks people in to the hotels, helps serve breakfast, and helps clean the rooms. She is on top of everything. She doesn't have any problem calling taxis either. The pool was refreshing and clean. You can walk a few minutes down to the river and there are picnic tables there.
