O espaço tem um excelente serviço de hotel, colaboradores simpáticos e um restaurante de excelente qualidade. Se lá forem aproveitem para provar os diversos mariscos e a moamba de galinha ou os camarões ao alho.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit einfachen Zimmern. Wir übernachteten hier zweimal jeweils vor einer Weiterreise. Unser Zimmer zur Straße hin war recht laut. Reist man vor dem Fruehstuecksstart um 7.30 ab, ist das Fruehstuecksbuffet noch recht übersichtlich. Gut: Lage!

Der große Vorzug des Hotels ist seine zentrale Lage. Die Marina, der Fährhafen, Restaurants, Badestrand und kulturelle Einrichtungen sind in direkter Umgebung oder in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Nettes Personal, einfaches gutes Frühstücksbuffett.

Just got back from Cabo Verde, Africa and from Portugal with my family . In Cape verde we stayed at a 3 stars hotel but very decent and clean named Hotel Avenida, is a 3 star but the bathrooms look updated so ws nice and also very good deal . We paid 45 euros per night and stayed 5 days.
