Very Dirty I came in after 3 pm and my son helped me putting the suitcases in the room and I left right way. I didnt have a chance to check the room. Came back around 11pm. I was terrified to even take a shower. The shower wa so DISGUSTING i was afraid to take a shower. The room was terrible dirty and dusty. The walls very visible dirty. The bed spreed disgusting. The dresser was missing a drower. There were holes on top of the dresser and holes on the wall. The bathroom door was so dirty I was afraid to touch it. The towels looks like old cleaning rags. There were pile of dust behind the bed side table and all over the room. The 2 seats was so dirty that apear that they were picked up at a dumpster. I was afraid to touch anything in the room. I slept with my clothes and lights on. I couldn't leave because my son had droped me off, I didn't have a car and I couldn’t carry my suitcases from 2 stair cases. (my car broken down from the airport going to my home in Roseville) I called my son to rescue me. I had a terrible allergy attack from the dust. My voice startarted to rusty and I started to have a headache. I called my son early that day. He came over and took my suitcases out of the room. Went to front desk and told the girl about the room, that it was very dirty and that I needed another room. She was very simpathetic and apologized many times. She gave me another room after we return from breakfast. I went to see the room first, but it was almost the same. I'm expecting my refund.

Spend your money elsewhere The price reflects the condition of the property. General outside upkeep is 1 out of 5. The lounge chair inside the room was stained. The deadbolt was missing. I had to plug in the microwave and mini fridge. A nightstand was missing a drawer. The bathroom window couldnt be secured and i was on the ground floor. The smell in the lobby and room was musty and heavy. I wont be coming back here.

Heritage Inn I have stayed here on numerous occasions over the last two years, and have found the accommodations to be very satisfactory!

The hotel manager was amazing! He went above and beyond and mayo make me feel welcome! I definitely recommend this motel to everyone who need a quiet, clean and good customer service experience to come and check in to this best kept secret motel in Milpitas, CA
