這是住過最吵的酒店，整夜吵到都沒睡着，給酒店打電話沒人接，凌晨4點多終於接了，投訴了讓給我換房！收的四星的錢，條件=0，垃圾的！！！！

酒店服務周到貼心，尤其是工作編號是40的酒店工作人員，他幫忙解決了很多問題，耐心且細緻

位置就在紅河水鄉內，打開窗就能看到湖泉，周邊小吃美食也方便，飯後可以逛逛水鄉，沿湖泉生態長廊走一圈
房間面積大，配套齊全，可以在屋裡自己泡浴缸，也可以一樓泡個温泉；早餐品種豐富；一樓還有棋牌室哦

房間寬敞舒適，兩張1.5米的大床很舒服，公共温泉分男女，各一個小型的池子，每天消毒，當然也可以另外付費泡私湯。酒店早餐豐富，有多款本地美食。酒店的公共空間設計很漂亮，可惜忘記拍照了。
