Nice view nearby the river, self checkin and checkout with is convenient.

Really really bad hotel and terrible hotel staff ! My check-in experience was worst in my life time as compared to my previous 200+ hotels stay. The counter staff had very bad temper, during registration process somehow he became unhappy (which I didn't know the reason) and gradually he SCREAMED at me and YELLED ' if you are not happy here, JUST LEAVE!!' Plus he was talking to himself in Italian which I did't understand at all. Also, the 2nd day another lady expressed a NOT WELCOME facial expression before I head out for sight seeing. Moreover, the room was extremely small and dark even I turned on all the lights. Mosquitos and bugs were in the room.

Rude and stupid staff!! Never encountered such a staff. This is my first day in Italy and I am very disappointed. They were yelling and using rude language. The staff seemed to have hypermale syndrome. It was scary. Besides, there were a lot of bugs in the room and the sound insulation was very poor. It was a terrible night. My advice is to give up the idea of booking this hotel.👎👎

The hotel was a nice surprise.. it is about 10minutes walk from Milano centrale and had everything I needed for a comfortable night’s stay. I was on 2nd floor with balcony and could open window for fresh air and there was aircon. Stairs only though but otherwise all good

Great service, they deserve one more start at least. The receptionist guy was very friendly and kind and even helped me with my luggage. The bedroom was a good size, quite modern actually. They had coffee and some biscoff cookies for us. It’s in a central area, very close to the centrale station! Overall, a good stay! Wish I took better photos!

Amazing

Before I booked this hotel in the city center, I had learned that it was a one-star hotel. Due to my limited budget, I decided to stay here. The hotel is very close to the train station. Although it is located on the streets of the Pakistani and black communities, it is surprisingly relatively quiet both during the day and at night, and is far less noisy than I imagined. The scene below is very similar to the feeling of the Regent Hotel in Stephen Chow's From Beijing. After finding the entrance to the hotel, the fierce female boss helped me check in. After that, there were staff who helped me move my luggage upstairs. When they introduced me to the room, I was surprised to find that my toilet was outside the room. The female boss looked at me and smiled, reminding me to look carefully next time. I have to say that the hotel corridors, rooms and even public toilets are very clean, and they are so clean that they are shiny. However, the hotel's sound insulation is not good and there are some problems with the door locks. Once, I tried to lock the door but failed. I used too much force and was criticized by the female boss. I said it was too difficult to say. She replied that all doors were the same. In order to stop me from complaining, she continued to say good bye in a domineering manner. **Summary:** The hotel is conveniently located and the public areas are kept clean to a high standard. But if your budget allows, I don't recommend staying here. If your budget is limited, I still recommend that you compare several hotels so that you don't need time to adapt to the environment here.

The Italian guy at the front desk had a very bad attitude. He saw that we were foreigners and thought we couldn't understand Italian, so he was rude and used all kinds of dirty words. He had no patience at all. I read the reviews on other platforms and they don't treat foreigners well. The room was shabby, but there was nothing I could do about it. I just paid for it. I don't recommend it unless you want to experience it or have low blood pressure.

It is a hotel where you can even buy and cook your own food. The environment is good and well-equipped. It is probably rare in Italy and even Europe to provide disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste and disposable slippers. It is very comfortable.

Good service and convenient location

The landlord is quite nice. The room is clean and has all the appliances. The bad thing is that it is arranged on the second floor (actually on the third floor). It is not convenient to move luggage without an elevator. There will be no heating at night, so you have to turn on the air conditioner when you get back to the room, otherwise it will be difficult to keep warm if you wake up in the middle of the night and turn it on again.
