Hôtel idéalement placé ! Tout est à porter de pieds…notamment le chouette quartier de Navigli. Les plus : spacieux, climatisation, calme. Les moins : le supplément chien logique mais pas spécifié lors de la réservation, des traces d’infiltration sur les murs. Un orage a eu lieu pendant notre séjour et nous avons retrouvé de l’eau dans notre appartement. Dans l’ensemble rapport qualité prix correct

Il proprietario chiede se c'è qualcosa in meno di 5 stelle, incredibile. Bed & breakfast senza breakfast solo tazza di caffè. Lenzuola discutibili. La porta della camera era rotta e non si chiudeva ho tolto un bel po' di sporco per farla socchiudere. Vetri sporchi. Avevamo chiesto due camere matrimoniali ma una camera aveva il divano letto. Questo non c'era stato detto altrimenti non l'avremmo presa perché siamo quattro persone molto alte quindi chi ha dovuto dormire nel divano ha avuto difficoltà. Usciti dalla porta della camera è cascato lo stipite per fortuna la persona che era sotto si è spostata.

Das Personal war unfreundlich, wie hatten kein warmes Wasser. Kein Wifi! Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Der Lift war teils so laut im Gang, dass man das gefühl hatte es käme eine Naturgewalt auf uns zu.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Bob W Hotel Apartments in Milan has been incredibly frustrating. We booked five rooms in the same category, but the room I was assigned was noticeably different from the others. Not only is it situated directly at the entrance, making it extremely noisy and uncomfortable, but the lack of communication from the hotel has been appalling. I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my concerns, including the noise and the fact that my room is different from the others in the same category, but I haven’t received any response. They promised to look into the matter and get back to me, but I’m still waiting for a reply. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Additionally, I was surprised to find a Polaroid camera in the room but no film, which felt like a pointless gesture. To my surprise as well , when I go back to the room at midnight , hot water was not available!!! For anyone considering a stay at Bob W, I strongly advise against accepting room 007. It’s right at the entrance, noisy, and a huge disappointment.and remember no hot water at midnight …. I would expect much better service and attention to detail for the price. Very disappointed with this experience, and I won’t be returning.
