Un Posto a Milano - Guesthouse All'Interno di Una Cascina del 700

Mi trovo a scrivere questa recensione negativa mio malgrado perché avrei preferito chiarire la questione in privato ma i gestori purtroppo non sono stati raggiungibili durante il nostro soggiorno. Tutt'ora nemmeno una risposta telefonica. Riassumendo, siamo arrivati ieri pomeriggio alle 14 e la camera non era pronta, va bene, può succedere, ci passiamo sopra. Io però sono incinta e ho bisogno di andare in bagno dopo 3 ore di viaggio, uso quello della camera, esterno alla camera stessa, ancora sporco... Così appoggiamo le valigie e decidiamo di andare a pranzo al ristorante al piano di sotto che devo dire è una piacevolissima sorpresa. Dopo usciamo e torniamo col buio. Il fatto che la porta fosse rotta in più punti e si potesse guardare dentro la camera dal corridoio l'abbiamo accettato con un sorriso pensando che forse nel contesto ci potesse stare. Le ragnatele sui muri un po' meno.. Comunque andiamo a dormire. Stamattina poi ci alziamo con la luce del sole e scopriamo che abbiamo dormito con dei copripiumoni non solo bucati e ingialliti ma anche NON LAVATI! Ovunque tracce di fluidi corporei che lasciano ben poco all'immaginazione. Allego foto come prova... Sono profondamente disgustata e per 124€ a notte è scandaloso! Le foto sono state inviate questa mattina al gestore che non risponde al telefono... Come minimo mi aspetto delle scuse e un rimborso anche se qui sarebbe il caso che intervenisse la ASL...

Top location. 20 minutes from the city center on foot. Very friendly. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, fly screens in the window. Otherwise good room. Free water and tea. Good restaurant on the ground floor. Café outside too...for breakfast. Good value for money. Recommended.

Il sito è molto bello, la filosofia coinvolge e la storia gratifica ma la realtà lascia un po’ a desiderare considerata anche la spesa che nn è proprio a buon mercato. Nel complesso la location è accettabile ma l’odore nel bagno che purtroppo si propaga nella stanza ti fa sembrare di essere nei bagni pubblici della stazione. Si deve trovare assolutamente un rimedio. Nn è possibile mettere una fotocellula che accende la ventola di aspirazione in un bagno cieco!

Captivating idea: an old renovated farmhouse not far from the center of Milan. The farmhouse is very beautiful, but the stay was a real disappointment. I'll immediately list the negative points I found during my stay in the North room: 1. Lack of contact person for the facility. I only saw a person contacted by the manager of the local bar restaurant on the ground floor for 5 minutes, who I then never saw again. I had to leave the keys at the bar. 2. Cold room with non-working ventilation:  there was only a small, old and noisy electric heater. I had to turn it off. In any case, the bathroom was cold because the radiator there wasn't working. 3. Bathroom with broken shower head (dangling), you had to hold it in your hands while washing. Furthermore, there was an old-fashioned shower curtain (made of plastic), which was unhygienic and dated. Furthermore, the cloth for the bidet was missing in the bathroom. And again, soap made up of samples in plastic sachets that I found in the shower, therefore damp: they had been left there by those who preceded me and not replaced! 4. I didn't find too much hygiene in the bedroom. One thing that bothered me, a sign of total neglect, was seeing 3-4 mosquitoes scattered on the wall. All it took was a damp cloth... 5. No TV. This actually fits, given the environment, and I'm not complaining about it. However, I think it should be specified. 6. Approximate interior furnishings. External electrical cables are present but completely detached from the general context.  7. A wardrobe is totally missing. I had to hang my jackets on loose hangers (in the true sense of the word), and place my other clothes wherever I could (there was a small bench). All this, for the "modest" sum of 134 euros for a double room without breakfast... ..
