The hotel was given **** stars .However, in reality, it did not meet the criteria of a 4 star hotel when it comes to the facilities. No AC in the room, mosquitoes flying inside the room, towels were not replaced after getting it from the room. The lounge near the refreshments was not a pleasant place to stay since it stinks of smell of urine. The receptionists were not that welcoming and not accommodating. Only the restaurant staff were courteous and always offer greetings with a smile. Not going to recommend it to my friends.

This wonderful hotel can be forgiven for its location: 5 minutes to the Duomo!! Nearby there are two metro stations of the red line, Carrefour express! The room is simply huge, the bed is comfortable, the breakfasts, although monotonous, are delicious, the staff is responsive. There is no kettle in the room, but why would you need one in Italy! I definitely recommend it to everyone!

Prima hotel, service is top en ontbijt erg goed verzorgd.
Het is wel een vrij oud hotel maar alles is keurig in orde en werkt alles in de kamer.
Helaas zijn de kussens wel erg dun en hard maar het bed slaapt heerlijk ook al is de boxspring vrij hard.
