Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en IH Hotels Milano Lorenteggio. Me alojé varias noches y el aire acondicionado no funcionó ni en la primera ni en la segunda habitación que me asignaron, a pesar de haberlo reportado en recepción varias veces. No pudimos dormir bien durante dos noches por el calor y la falta de respuesta efectiva del hotel.
Además, no nos era posible cambiar de hotel porque teníamos familiares alojados en el mismo, lo que empeoró aún más la situación. Considero que si un hotel no puede garantizar servicios básicos como el aire acondicionado en verano, no debería estar abierto al público o al menos debería avisar al cliente antes de la reserva.

Location is good, but the room is too old.

The hotel was built relatively late, so the facilities are quite new. However, it is a bit far from the city. You need to take the bus and then the subway to get to the airport/train station. However, there is a bus stop at the door, which is quite convenient. You can take the No. 14 tram at the door to Milan Cathedral. The breakfast is average, but it is the same in Europe.
