I have no words to describe how bad is hotel is . The breakfast was so poor , no egg no fruits , only bread and some poor cheese. Try don’t clean the room every day and the guy at the reception said that they don’t change towels every day if it doesn’t need and he wanted us to ask if we need it. We didn’t get a extra toilet paper either. No elevator , and the air conditioner didn’t work and the room was so hot when it was 28 degrees outside, I was awake the whole night. It’s hotel so Crap , please people don’t book it , I am warning you , don’t destroy your stay in the beautiful city Milan at this horrible place .

Le stanze sono fornite di tutto l'essenziale, semplici e pulite. Staff gentile e disponibile per ogni dubbio, presente h24. Da non sottovalutare la possibilità della colazione inclusa. Si può raggiungere il centro città con giusto tre fermate della metro a pochi metri dalla struttura, e posizione ideale anche per il tram.

Giunti in hotel a tarda notte ì, non abbiamo avuto modo di scappare altrove. La mattina seguente abbiamo lasciato una notte pagata e alle 7.00 eravamo fuori dopo una notte insonne passata con la finestra aperta per cercare di non sentire un cattivo odore talmente insopportabile da avere forti conati di vomito. Io capisco tutto, ma come fa a restare aperta questa struttura? Definirla fatiscente è un complimento, ma poi sporca! Lo sporco imperava ovunque, nella doccia addirittura capelli incastrati nel vano di scarico, uno schifo e una vergogna…un’esperienza allucinante, spero chiuda al più presto

my experience at this hotel was an unpleasant one. musty smell, torn bed sheets and blanket, window glued with shells, dirty lamp, scratched walls, rusty beds, baseboard detached from the wall. when I asked to change my bed sheets, I was told that it was late, there was no one to change them for me and that I had to change my bed sheets, alone. in a room for three people, you only had room to open one suitcase and only one outlet to charge your phone. I will attach pictures. I do not recommend!

Would not stay again
Had an awful one night stay at the hotel and couldn’t wait to leave the next morning.
Our room was in the basement of the hotel, I suffer with dust allergy and as soon as I walked into the room I started sneezing. There was dust and mould everywhere. Also where we were underneath the reception it was very noisy and could hear people walking up and down the metal stairs that went into the courtyard outside of our room. There was lots of work that needing doing in the room and I am shocked at the price of €280 for one night for a room in such poor condition.

Poor conditions and bad breakfast
No elevators, bathrooms VERY small and room no clean. Poor Breakfast and the receptionist only speaks Italian.
