Beware! Book at your own risk! I was forced to pay an additional of $162 euros for - quadruple room, just because I have a toddler baby with me. The reception staff Dario argued with me from 11am and refused to refund nor let me check-in only after 10pm, after I have made the payment. This is one of the most traumatic, stressful and frustrating experiences I have with a hotelier. I will not recommend unless you want to be held out till late at night and pay soooooo much for an additional sofa bed which I do not even need.

Lovely hotel in great location within 10 minutes of the central station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed 3 nights are thoroughly enjoyed it. The complimentary fusilli was a wonderful surprise!

Nice room and nice service! The location is convenient, and the room is clean. It is really good value for the money.

It was conveniently located near Milan Central Station. There were no slippers, so I recommend bringing your own. The shower room door had a magnetic door that closed on both sides, so it was hard to get in without letting the water out. The hair dryer had a weak wind pressure, so it took a long time to dry. Also, maybe because it was Milan, the accommodation tax was high (;;). The bed was big and nice. There was also a sofa. The room was spacious.

It is conveniently located near Milan Central Station, and it is easy to get a quick bite at the pizza place next door. Breakfast is also satisfactory. You can leave your luggage near the station.

It's average, and this may be the case for all hotels near the train station. The room supply is still very tight. The overall price-performance ratio is still good. It is also relatively close to the train station. I give it a 4.

Very good hotel, just a few minutes walk from Milan Central Station. The hotel reception service is warm, the room is clean and sanitary, the facilities are complete and new, the surrounding environment is good, and there are many restaurants.
