I only spent one night but it seemed perfect to me especially for the decoration, it is incredible with the aquarium and the statues.

We arrived early and couldn't check in because the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but they showed us a room on another floor that had already been cleaned. They were very kind and flexible.
It was close to the central station and within walking distance even with a suitcase.
The room was clean and the facilities were not bad, but the toilet was a little hard to flush and the faucet was hard to turn.

The room is nice, and there are many sculptures in the lobby. It looks like the capital of the Renaissance. I took a lot of photos carefully. There is a bus to the outlet near 4 November Square near the hotel. There is a free bus pick-up at 10 am every Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the outlet near Novara. The one in Serravalle costs 25 euros round trip. But there seems to be other promotion channels, I haven't figured it out yet.

The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the station!
The hotel was fine if you just wanted to sleep, but there was no refrigerator or coffee maker.
The elevator was a little scary and looked like it was about to stop.

Honestly- the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, disgusting walls, really old dirty toilets, noisy nights. Will not recommend. Only upside is the staff were really nice- the only thing that is saving this place. Opted because its near to Milano Centrale Station - will be taking trains for day trips to Como, Stresa etc. its just a few mins walks from train station and a lot of very good chinese food nearby. I will not recommend female solo to stay here though, area doesn’t feel safe.

The front desk was very welcoming, but if you don't speak fluent English, the situation might be different.
I chose a room with breakfast, which was OK.
Let's talk about the problems
1. There is no kettle or teacup in the room
2. The shower in the bathroom is only a shower head with no hand-held shower head, which is a problem if you only want to take a shower and don't want to wash your hair
3. The room is relatively clean, but it is not soundproof, and the sound from the next room can be heard clearly at night
