Excellent hotel. Very hospitable, friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Every time I visit Milan (in recent years) I stay here. Conveniently located. No more than 15-20 minutes by public transport to the train station and the historic center. Good view from the balcony of the room.

Good hotel for your money. 10-15 minutes to the metro. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby, a quiet area. Breakfast is typical Italian - coffee and sweets. Shower accessories, towels are all there. An iron is provided at the reception upon request.

+ The room was big and had a balcony, the stuff was good, good WiFi
- The room was very dirty (there were a lot of ants in the bathroom!!!), breakfast was poor and had only sweety things, it was cold in the room, the furniture was very old.

Good location, close to the metro, or 30-40 minutes walk from the center, friendly staff. It's cold in winter, the heating only worked at night and turned off at 3 o'clock, it was very cold until the morning.
