We booked this hotel for my daughter to stay during her Bocconi Summer School study in July. Her cash (from the safe) and bag (from the luggage) are stolen. Now it is upsetting that her belongings are stolen but it is straight out terrifying that a criminal have access to your kid's room. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world for the last 20 years. This is the first time , i comment on a hotel. Stay away at all cost.

Recepcionistas hablan castellano. Hotel recomendable. Gracias Carlos por los servicios ofreciendos.

Location is very nice. Rooms are tidy. But they need to put more efforts to rooms cleaning in time. Breakfast is ok. Not bad at all. Russian speaking reception staff is available. Transfer to the airport is about 130-140 Euro. Walking distance to the Duomo, about 20 minutes. Please note that there are two supermarkets working till the 22.00 in a walking distance from the hotel. Just near the hotel there is a very nice restaurant with local food.

Infelizmente fui roubada no quarto 408!

My wife and I stayed here five nights in June 2025. Tripadvisor carried three reviews, apparently relating to two visits, which gave one rating of 2 and two of 1. In the interests of balance I feel I should add a review. The aforementioned reviews are from ca April 2025 when the hotel had just opened under new management and apparently after some refurbishment. We were generally happy with the hotel (we have high standards). Our (superior) room was spacious, simply but adequately furnished and with a good bed. It was also very quiet, being on the “courtyard” side. The staff were professional and very obliging. The breakfast is very good and if one goes down late and the croissants are finished (see past review!) there are lots of other good things. The transport links are quite good (one is likely to use the trams quite a bit but the metro is only ca 650m away). The area initially appears not great with a lot of tagging but feels safe and does have a few good restaurants very close by. Just go to the north side of the road and you are in a beautiful residential area of architectural interest. I am happy to recommend this hotel if you are looking for something less expensive than the very centre and there are plenty reviews available on other sites to which you can also refer.

I stayed at this hotel With my wife and everything was problematic. The AC didn’t work in the entire hotel because “they have a one way system that either allows heating or ac for the entire hotel but not both” something I’ve never seen in any hotel I’ve stayed in and I’ve traveled countless cities , states , and countries. We said no problem when told us to s open the window but then the bugs started coming in and at night when we would try to sleep it was extremely loud and busy and we could either deal with the loud noises and bugs flying in or sweat in the heat since the ac doesn’t work. Then the phones didn’t work , so whenever there was an issue we would have to go down to the lobby , the outlets weren’t working and they said they would send somebody up …no one came. Finally when we complained about all this and how terrible our experience they said the manager would reach out to us and of course …. He never did. We reached out to him multiple times for an entire week and no response back finally we complained to ******* and they reached out and got a hold of him only for him to offer just a one night free stay for a future reservation. Clearly we won’t come back and clearly we don’t visit Milan from the US often and he’s aware of that which is why he offered us basically nothing in response to everything we dealt with

This was by far the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to any of my family members or friends. 1. The phones do not work so if you need anything, you would need to physically go to the lobby and speak to someone. When we needed towels or toilet paper (which wasn’t even ready for us when we checked in), we needed to go down to the lobby. Or when we saw the cables to plug our phones did not work, I had to go down to the lobby and speak to someone. Which leads me to my next point. 2. The charging cables were not working. When we went down and spoke to the girl working at the front, she said her colleague would there to assist in 10 minutes. Nobody showed up. And when we told the girl there, she didn’t know why nobody came and didn’t bother to do anything else about it. 3. The air conditioning does not work. We had to go down and speak with someone just for them to tell us that they are on a one way system and the AC does not turn on. Only the heater. In this case we had to keep the window open. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that gnats were coming in the room. 4. In addition - the loud noise outside kept us up for the 2 nights we were there. With the window open, we heard everyone outside still partying at 2 am. The second night was the worst and thankfully it was our last. The girl that we were talking to (blonde hair) told us that they tell people the AC does not work and the phones do not work at check in. NONE of which was said to us when we checked in. They apparently also just opened, all of these issues should never exist prior to opening a business to the public. Further, upon checking out the girl told us they don’t have a manager on site to talk to us and that we need to send an email Monday and that they would refund us for our stay. Which is exactly what I did. It is currently Saturday (5 days after) with no response to my email. I had to get in touch with ******* and they finally were able to get ahold of the manager. The manager said he was not going to refund us and finally emailed me back after the ******* operator made it clear that he needed to email us. Please spare yourself from booking this terrible hotel. The 4 star rating is so beyond misleading.
