Hotel Rafael

Hôtel sympa. La chambre était propre, bien agencée. Très bonne isolation. Aucun bruit de la rue et des autres chambres. Un peu petite mais c’est un 3 étoiles. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Un petit plus pour le personnel du bar qui est très professionnel ! Le petit déjeuner est très correct pour un 3 étoiles. Varié, propre. L’hôtel est éloigné du centre ville, mais le métro n’est pas loin a pied. L’accès en ville se fait en 20 minutes. Ce qui reste correct. Le seul bémol, le prix. Ça reste cher pour un 3 étoiles. Sinon, je le recommande vivement

Avrei messo cinque stelle se non fosse per il ristorante. Ad un prezzo uguale a quello dei ristoranti di Milano (quindi caro) cene e pranzi con scelta limitata e qualità non eccelsa, molto migliorabile. Ovviamente sfruttano il fatto che è l'albergo più vicino all'ospedale San Raffaele, ma per il resto la qualità è buona (sufficientemente gentili, camere spaziose e pulite, prezzi alberghieri non eccessivi), Da rivedere solo il ristorante, dove abbiamo anche trovato alcuni responsabili di sala (non tutti) con atteggiamento da dimenticare (siamo stati più di dieci giorni).

Hotel all’interno del campus dell’ospedale San Raffaele, i padiglioni si possono tranquillamente raggiungere con pochissimi minuti a piedi. Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura nuova e moderna, camere belle (un pochino più di attenzione alla pulizia se possibile), servizio di ristorazione molto buono (anche se con prezzi un pochino sopra la media). Nel complesso consiglio assolutamente questo hotel per soggiornare in caso di visite a parenti o esami/operazioni in quell’ospedale. Tra l’altro se doveste aspettare qualche ora potete rimanere nella hall dell l’hotel senza distruggervi la schiena nelle sedie delle sale d’attesa dell’ospedale.

Albergo moderno e confortevole a due passi dal San Raffaele, che spicca per la cortesia e professionalità del personale e per la qualità del ristorante annesso che si trova al piano terra. Un punto di riferimento da raccomandare senza riserve.

The windows were not soundproof and I could hear the tram half the night. In addition, you couldn't darken the room. But that only became clear when we wanted to leave the room - there are small switches in the window frames that lower the blinds. We didn't know the system, it's a shame there was no information about it. It was the same with the TV and German channels - again, we didn't find out until the second evening. The bed was comfortable but the pillows weren't my thing, I suspect they're like that in Italy - we had them in the hotel on Lake Garda too. The bathroom was OK, although a bit dated, the water drain in the bathtub (shower function) was partially blocked and the water wouldn't drain. Breakfast was OK, on ​​the first day the breakfast room was full and there was only one coffee machine. The second day was more relaxed. As I read in the reviews, the majority of the hotel's guests are Italians and guests and patients of the nearby hospital. Maybe that's why there was no information in other languages. To conclude - we were disappointed, thank God the price we paid compensated for that a little.
