We knew perfectly well where we were checking in, we chose a room with a private bathroom, but it was a little scary to take a shower.
At our request, they gave us extra sheets, helped us lift our suitcase to the 3rd floor (there is no elevator). The room was a little strange, with additional wall shelves, but since we only spent the night in it, we didn't pay any attention. All our things remained safe and sound, there is a metro station nearby, so it is very conveniently accessible by transport. There was even a small balcony that could be closed with a latch))))₽

Very bad, lack of professionalism, the room was for six people but then it became for 7: they put a bed base and a mattress thrown away like that in a corner. The room has no keys. The furniture in the bathroom was falling to pieces.
