The location is very good, with trams and buses just outside the door, and very close to the Duomo attraction in the city center. The room is of medium size and very quiet. The owner is Chinese and very nice. Only the bathing area is a bit small, recommended!

Esperienza terribile, gestito da cinesi che non capiscono l’italiano. Struttura vecchia e obsoleta. Prenoto la camera con la colazione inclusa e me la fanno poi pagare a parte al costo di 10 euro per un caffè e un cappuccino. Scappate via da qui

Friendly but confused staff, it seems like they don't know what to do, not very profesional. Twice I booked the night, I had included breakfast and they followed me to say that I had to pay and then obviously they made a mistake and made excuses! They need to improve!!! Embarrassing!
