the worst problem is there is no entrance for car therefore carrying luggage and also if you have car you have difficulties to park

We stayed in a Comfort, King room for one night. The room was only okay. Bathroom had a bit of a smell. However, the front desk really improved my opinion on the hotel. Our luggage got delayed and the front desk was super helpful in tracking our baggage for us and dealing with the delivery person. I was really impressed by the service. We didn't originally book the breakfast but after a look at the options nearby we decided to eat at the restaurant next door that provides the breakfast. We were happy with the quality and quantity of food for the price. Overall decent hotel near the Duomo.

It was just beautiful… the feeling of uniqueness was there the minute we walked in the door. This was a travel experience not just a place to spend a night.
