I liked the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard, nothing fancy, but everything was delicious. The room was clean.

Good value for money. The person at reception, who is of Asian origin, lacks courtesy and manners (prefers to play on his cell phone rather than give you information when you ask him something). Very clean and comfortable room.

It’s not a good location and the room is extremely hot - they won’t turn off the heating and so I didn’t get any sleep. The gym is under construction and when I asked why they advertised the gym (thats the only reason I booked it!) I was told, “It’s available but just not to use.” The wifi doesn’t work upstairs and the man told me, “It’s because everyone is using it.” (I have screenshots of two different times). The shower goes from cold to hot and the temperature gauge is just for show. The area is far away from the centre and not safe at night. Honestly, for this price there is so much better you can go for. Please check their google reviews. It’s far more accurate. How did this hotel get 4 stars?

You had chosen this hotel because it had a gym which was out of order, then the room smelled of smoke also due to the presence of carpet which retained bad odors!
