This hotel is the worst among several cities in Italy. The price is not low. Except for the good location, right next to Milan Cathedral and the okay breakfast, the rest is useless. The TV in the room smells of dust. The room is very small and faces the street. There is noise at night. The facilities are old and the level of domestic one- or two-star hotels. The front desk staff can't speak honorifics. When you ask for the key, just shout "key" without even a "please". The experience is very bad. This is my first night in Italy. Fortunately, the rest are much better than this.
