The bathroom was very bad. The shower head on the bathtub leaked, which caused very low water pressure and made bathing very uncomfortable. The spray angle of the shower head fixed on the wall was very strange, and it was blocked by the edge of the bathtub and could not be used at all.
I reported the leaking problem to the front desk, and the front desk promised to fix it, but it was not fixed.

Pros: the room was ready earlier, checked in at 11 instead of 15 o'clock without additional payment, good location 10 minutes to the train station, convenient if you travel around the country by train, metro nearby. Good robes and slippers in the room.
Cons: stayed together, one towel was put, but the next time the room was cleaned, a full set of linen was put.
They do not provide an iron, there is no ironing room, only a paid ironing service. Water in the room is paid. Breakfast is normal, but the assortment did not change for 2 days in a row.

All in all, my stay was okay. However, the hotel shows its age and could use some renovations. The service left much to be desired—I ordered two coffees that never arrived, which was disappointing. Additionally, the location isn’t ideal if you're hoping to be in the heart of Milan.

Lovely Art Deco hotel a short walk from the central station. Staff very helpful. Sadly bar was shut during our stay, staff said it was closed at weekends which seemed a bit bizarre. Good choice of breakfast items but served in a small area with only one coffee machine so the area was quite congested. Having said all that, would stay here again as close to a number of metro stations. Can recommend also The Kitchen restaurant 10 mins walk away for dinner.
